pan collaborates with each client to develop a program-specific Proctoring and Technical Specifications Guide that: 

• Incorporates client specific exam administration rules and proctoring protocols
• Is used for proctor training
• Serves as a day-to-day reference on operational policy and procedures

Proctor Selection and Certification

pan’s test center partners conduct their own proctor hiring and selection process.

• Proctors must pass criminal and employment background checks (drug testing also required in some locations)
• Sign pan  non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements
• Proctors must successfully complete pan training and certification for each test they administer
• Re-certify every 6 months
