Candidate Testing Experience

Prior to Exam Day - Candidates will receive reminder notices via e-mail of their scheduled appointment.  Notices include location, date, time, directions, exam name, ID requirements, User ID/Password requirements, and other information regarding the exam.

Candidate Check-in - Proctor verifies candidate’s appointment and confirms candidate’s ID.  Proctor escorts candidate to assigned testing station and stays until candidate launches exam system.

Exam Administration - System informs candidates when actual test is to begin. Instruction screens provide general information about exam, scheduled breaks (if permitted), and additional information.

Optional Exam Review - At end of exam, candidates see a review screen and can review questions they’ve marked for review or questions left unanswered. Candidate can review responses and can return to items they choose or have marked.

Candidate Satisfaction Survey - Survey is voluntary and information is used to monitor the quality of the candidate experience and improve processes or test center environment.

Post-Exam Check Out and Candidate Results - Proctor conducts automated review to confirm completion of exam process
